Withdrawals must be made to a verified Indonesian bank account registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. btv168 reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, violation of terms, or if additional verification documentation is required. If btv168 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, close the player's account, and withhold any remaining balance. Players suspected of bonus abuse may be permanently banned from future promotions.

If the match is postponed beyond 48 hours or cancelled entirely, bets are typically voided and stakes refunded.
For live casino games, if a game is interrupted due to technical issues or dealer error, the round may be voided and bets refunded, or the game may resume from the point of interruption, depending on the circumstances and game provider rules.

Players who attempt to circumvent maximum payout limits through multiple bets or accounts may have winnings limited to the applicable maximum or face account closure.

Upon account termination for terms violations, btv168 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds. Decisions to terminate accounts are final and are not subject to appeal, except where required by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which btv168 holds its operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles.
